Acoustic Sunsets returns! The Garden extends its hours every Wednesday this summer with special activities for all ages including live music in the amphitheater and other family friendly activities. Bring a picnic and Fido, too as the Garden is welcoming well-behaved, leashed dogs during these special evening hours. Acoustic Sunsets is included in admission and is free for Sonoma Botanical Garden members.
Please note: Acoustic Sunsets is not included in AHS reciprocal admission.
Performing at the Acoustic Sunsets concerts last year was a great experience.
It’s a complete vibe of fun people who love nature as well as music, a place where the blankets paired with your favorite picnic snack as well as a bottle of your favorite Sonoma or Napa county wine or other beverages are shared. Where friends and family all come together young and old to just enjoy life. It has been both a blessing and a pleasure to share my musical gift in such a wonderful setting. I look forward to performing again this year.
To pair music with the beauty of the Sonoma Botanical Gardens was pure genius.
Support the Musicians – Reserve a Picnic Table
Garden goers are invited to enjoy Acoustic Sunsets in style with a reserved picnic table for up to 6 adults—complete with fresh flowers and umbrella shades. All proceeds from the $50 per table fee support the musicians who bring the amphitheater to life each Wednesday.
Please note, reservations must be requested at least 1 week in advance of the selected concert date. Picnic table reservations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. Admission to the Garden is separate from table reservations and must be purchased on-site.

Acoustic Sunsets is a completely unique experience. Surrounded by nature, everyone is in a positive mood and it fills the space with that energy. Also, people come to disconnect and really listen. I have some really wonderful memories when I did an hour of all requests. Everyone was engaged and participated. It’s spontaneous and in the moment.
